SIMPLE SHAKSHUKA

Shakshuka is one of the most satiating meals - hearty, smoky, comfy and ridiculously easy to make. It's a simple go-to dish that works for breakfast, lunch or dinner. 

It's a protein-heavy meal with the cooked chickpeas and eggs, so it'll definitely fill you up.

You can add any of your favorite spices and seasonings, but I love that smoky, earthy flavor, so I went with smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin and coriander. And for a spicy kick, cayenne pepper. 

Serve it as is, with a salad, or over rice or pasta. It's perfect and the yummiest comfort meal.
