I'm so in love with these brussels sprouts. They're seriously the dreamiest side dish (or snack) - simple and delicious. 

The best part - it all comes together in less than 20 minutes. 

All you have to do is season then roast - I like to throw them in a hot skillet at the end for a minute or two to give them that extra crispy outer edge.

Enjoy these as a perfect healthy appetizer for the holidays or for any weeknight meal.

I love making a huge batch of these babies, so they can be reheated for lunch. With the added tahini drizzle, you just can't go wrong.
