I'm in love with these roasted chickpeas!
They're crispy, nourishing and a tasty addition to salads (think healthy croutons!), pasta, dips and wraps, or on their own as a delicious snack.
Once you make these, you'll be making them all the time! They're addictive AND fun.
I love the smoky spicy combination, but you can play with different spices or toss them with fresh herbs, like rosemary. You just can't go wrong.

A couple of notes ~
- Dry the chickpeas as much as possible and add enough oil (without it, your chickpeas will be less crispy).
- Add the spices after the chickpeas after roasting, so it doesn't burn and become bitter.
