If you’re into that clean, come-as-you-are, fresh-face look, you’ll love this natural exfoliating skin scrub. It’ll give you that dewy, luminous, youthful glow — and make you look healthier overall.

Every winter, my skin literally cries. This skin scrub does the job of keeping things smooth and baby soft all year round. And the best part? It’s natural, gentle, and for all skin types.

The oats get rid of dead skin cells, dryness, irritation, and inflammation, while gently removing dirt and oil from your pores and moisturizing your skin. The yogurt has high amounts of lactic acid to help refine your pores (great for even the most sensitive skin). And the raw honey is a natural humectant that locks in moisture, heals skin damage, gently exfoliates, soothes, and softens your skin.

Most of these ingredients can be found in your pantry, which makes this a no-brainer.

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons oats

1 tablespoon organic, full-fat yogurt

1 teaspoon Manuka honey or raw honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl. Then mix it well.

Gently massage the scrub into your skin for several minutes (don’t rub your skin too hard).

Leave it on your face for another 20-30 minutes.

Then rinse it off with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Use a high-quality moisturizer or face oil right after — like squalane, rose hip, seabuckthorn, plum, marula, etc.).
