I'm a nutrition and wellness strategist based in NYC who helps people design their life and get glowing skin. It's a dream job.

I'm diet agnostic but eat (mostly) plant-based organic foods — 
80% real, whole foods // 20% red wine/dark chocolate/glutton, because I'd go nuts without some indulgences.

I'm an ambivert, a world traveler (25+ countries, more than half with just a backpack), an HBO binge-watcher (hello GOT) and a beauty food connoisseur (gimme all the avocados).
